Our green peas are harvested at the perfect stage of maturity, when they are naturally sweet, tender, and at their nutritional best. Soon after harvesting, they are carefully cleaned, processed, and individually quick frozen (IQF) to lock in their freshness, colour, flavour, and nutrients. This ensures that every serving delivers the same farm-fresh quality throughout the year.
